ALL PLAYER PLAYING TOURNAMENT MUST HAVE A VALID LICENSE FROM TTE (TABLE TENNIS ENGLAND).

ALL PARTICIPANTS REPRESENTING THE CLUB AT ANY TOURNAMENT MUST DRESS IN THE CLUB KITS PROVIDED. TRAINNERS MUST BE WORN TO PREVENT INJURY.

IN EVERY TOURNAMENT PLAYED OUTSIDE DTTc, THERE IS £15.00 PER PLAYER DAILY ADMIN & COACHING FEE WHICH APPLY AFTER TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FEE HAS BEEN PAID. PARTICIPANTS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE TRAVEL CARD UPDATED IF PLAYING TOURNAMENT LOCALLY.

ADMIN & COACHING FEE IS PAYABLE ON THE DAY OF ANY TRAVELING / TOURNAMENT AWAY FROM CLUB VENUE. NO ADMIN & COACHING FEE PAYABLE FOR ANY HOME MATCH PLAYED AT THE CLUB.

PLEASE SEND YOUR ENTRY FORM WELL IN ADVANCE BEFORE EACH CLOSING DATE, THERE IS DEAD LINE TO SUBMIT YOUR TOURNAMENT FORM OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY. ADMIN & COACHING FEE FOR NATIONAL CADET / JUNIOR LEAGUE IS PAYABLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHER WISE YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE REMOVE.
