Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, attending sessions, or becoming a member of Dulwich Table Tennis Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Membership & Payments

Membership fees are payable monthly or as agreed at time of joining
Session booking fees are non-refundable unless cancelled with 48 hours notice
DTTC reserves the right to amend pricing with 30 days notice to members
Membership is personal and non-transferable

Conduct & Behaviour

Treat coaches, staff, and other players with respect at all times
Follow instructions given by coaches and club officials
Refrain from any abusive, discriminatory or aggressive behaviour
Take care of club equipment and facilities

Health & Safety

Members participate in club activities at their own risk. DTTC is not liable for injuries sustained during training or competition unless caused by negligence on our part. Please inform your coach of any medical conditions before participating.

Photography & Media

DTTC may take photographs or video at club sessions for promotional purposes. Consent will be sought before using images of minors. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
