Abdul Wuraola has spent many years working closely with young people in both school and community settings, helping to nurture their personal development and athletic growth.
He has coached athletes at the highest level — including one who has won 7 Olympic medals, including Silver at the 2012 London Olympics. Abdul himself is a former England No.1 and 2× Six Nations International Veteran Champion.
